Actual experience shipping product, not managing someone who ships product.
Written communication you'd be happy to put in front of a customer on day one.
Bias for action. Scope moves in shipping cycles measured in days, not sprints.
A genuine interest in the trades. We don't employ anyone who thinks plumbers are beneath them.

What the job looks like

Remote, UK time zone preferred.
Full-time preferred. Part-time considered for the right person.
Salary matches London senior rates, anywhere you live.
Equity on day one, vesting normal.
