Two-way messaging: email + SMS threads
Reply to customers directly from the mobile app or web dashboard over email or SMS. Their replies route back into the same thread via tokenised Reply-To + Twilio inbound webhook. One conversation per lead, no Gmail juggling.

New tier between Pro and Studio. Includes SMS auto-response to customers within 60 seconds of widget submit + 100 SMS/month for two-way replies. Tier-gated at the agency level via Stripe webhook.
Report messages + admin review
Long-press any inbound thread message to report it (spam / harassment / abusive / scam / inappropriate / other). Admin review page at /admin/reports with resolve + dismiss actions. Email notification to support on every report.
Lost-lead filter on mobile
Mobile inbox now has Active / Lost tabs. Leads moved to Lost hide from the main hub, freeing your view. Lost tab shows count badge.
Headless widget layout
New "Headless" layout for developers - renders plain form inputs into a <div data-scope-inline> with no Scope styling. Your CSS owns the look; our logic handles validation + submission.
WordPress plugin v1.2.0 with Gutenberg block
Scope Widget now appears in the Add-blocks picker with a branded icon. Drop it into any page or post. Admin control panel shows live/not-live status + 7-day lead count + "Book premium setup" upsell.
